Very Disappointed!!

I hired Jemv Construction to install a stained, stamped concrete driveway in Sept 2011 and am now experiencing several problems with "crazing" and discoloration because they did not take the proper steps to effectively cure it. While Jemv advertises a one year warranty, I'm very disappointed that the company president has not responded to any of my emails, calls, or text messages after one month -- contrary to the response I received when Jemv was courting my business and awaiting receipt of the final payment! Poor customer service!
